Every blue line is one beat. A bold numbered line is every 4th beat, the start of a bar.
Drag near a beat and the playhead snaps to it. The blue dot stays lit while the playhead sits on a beat.
Nudge markers
No marker selected. Tap or click a marker on the waveform to select it, or set Move to All markers to shift every marker at once.
1 frame at 30 fps = 33.3 ms. The frame step follows the frame rate slider below.
Marker style
Beat grid lays an even tempo grid. Raw hits marks only the drums that actually land.
Sensitivity
One exact setting for both marker styles. Higher catches quieter hits. Lower keeps only the strongest hits, and trims grid beats that land on weak ones.
Timecode frame rate
Drives the TC readout next to the player and the timecodes in the Premiere Pro and CSV files. Match the frame rate of the timeline you are cutting.
Take the beats anywhere.
Desktop editors get real marker files. Cutting on your phone? Grab the marker image and line your clips up by eye.
Premiere Pro markers
Marker file Premiere imports straight onto your timeline, one marker per beat.
After Effects markers
A script that stamps a composition marker on every beat of the open comp.
CSV timestamps
Beat number, seconds, and timecode in a spreadsheet-ready file.
TXT timestamps
One clean timestamp per line. Paste them anywhere, or type them into CapCut as you cut.
Marker image
The full waveform with every beat drawn on it, made for Alight Motion and CapCut, where marker files can't go.
Premiere Pro: import the marker file from the Markers panel menu, or drag it onto your sequence. After Effects: open your comp, then File → Scripts → Run Script File and pick the download. On mobile: open the marker image next to your editor and cut where the lines fall.
